The M&A Club Montreal provides a monthly forum for M&A professionals to network their deals and to establish relationships with like-minded professionals. Members comprise a variety of expertise including bankers, lawyers, accountants, FX strategists, ABL, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity funds, VC’s, CBV’s, and others. Many deal with SME’s or the PME while others do larger deals and even international work.
The Club meets at least 10 times per year at a breakfast or other informal session and a lively round table discussion is the first order of business, often followed by a guest speaker. There is a good feeling of camaraderie amongst members and many new and continuing friendships have been forged. Meetings last 1.5 hours max.
New members and guests must be invited by an existing member.
